My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were equipped with a complete range of amenities, clean, and comfortable, but the noise late at night from the upstairs rooms was quite bothersome and the lack of organization for accommodation for 2 adults and 3 kids was disappointing. The service had its highlights with fantastically polite and helpful staff members but was marred by an unpleasant interaction with one staff member. The location was central and convenient for exploring museums and the Nairobi Park, yet safety concerns were raised by incidents nearby. The dining experience offered incredible choices but fell short in some areas. Overall, a mixed experience that had both positives and negatives.
